The Oregon Bioscience Association is a regional trade association representing more than 140 members. It creates opportunity through community, collaboration and commercialization. The OBA works to accelerate research and development, attract and retain top bioscience talent and companies, and foster economic development and partnerships.
Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition works with PSU on manufacturing and engineering initiatives and also is focused on development of defense industry opportunities for companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Graduates
These companies have successfully navigated their start-up phases, achieved success in the marketplace, and been graduated from the PSBA.
Compiere graduated from the PSBA in August, 2006. It is one of the few highly successful open source companies and provides enterprise application software via Compiere's 50+ member partner network worldwide. Software components includes supply chain management, ERP and CRM for small to medium enterprises. Compiere moved from Connecticut to Oregon in 2005 to launch an expansion of its business model. One year later it attracted over $6 milion in venture capital funding. That success resulted in its graduation from the PSBA. It is now located in California where its VC fund is headquartered.
