Office and Lab Space for Lease

WHAT YOUR COMPANY RECEIVES AS A PSBA TENANT

  • Flexible lease terms: Rolling six-month leases to allow companies high flexibility, plus opportunities to take on more space as you grow.
  • Competitive lease rates: Average rate of $18.00 (range $17.50 to $18.50), which is below average market rates for Class B office space in downtown Portland. Monthly rates include high-speed internet access, server room rack space, janitorial service, utilities, furnishings, and use of all common areas.
  • Furnished offices: workstations, desks, chairs in all spaces
  • Multiple meetings rooms and kitchens: There are four conference/meeting rooms available through an online reservation system. Also four kitchens and two break rooms, plus bathrooms on all floors.
  • Multiple programs to help support your business. University Linkages and Investor Readiness Program, in addition to other no-cost programs.
  • Great amenities that help your company control costs that are not typically included in commercial leases
    • Free, unlimited internet access via a 100 Mb channel
    • Highly discounted, on-site parking ($25 per month per permit)
    • Basic rack space in server room for office networking equipment
    • Low-cost additional server room rack space available as needed

    • Lab 8, 263 usable SF, unfurnished, no water, tile floors, power access, $427.83/month.
  • Small Office (150 SF - 999 SF)
    • Office 128, 595 usable SF, open office, furnished, $998/month.
  • Mid-Size Office (1,000 SF - 1,999 SF)
    • Suite 130: 1,188 usable SF, open office, furnished, $1,992/month.
    • Available November: Suite 206, 1,453 usable SF, three private offices and nine workstations, conference area, $2,576/month.
  • Large Office (2,000 SF - 3,500 SF)
    • Available October: Suite 135, 2,110 usable SF, furnished, 12 workstations, entry workstation, one private office, storage room, $3,822/month.

For unfurnished office space, no internet connection in lease package, generally no parking.
