Being at the PSBA is Good for Business

The PSBA is a 40,000 SF business incubator/accelerator that provides space for up to 25 companies ranging from one-person to 30-person operations. If you're a tenant here, we help you accelerate your path to success by keeping facility costs low and by providing no-cost business assistance from community partners as well as University support such as MBA project teams. We also provide great flexibility in lease terms and the ability to expand your office space as your company grows.

• Lab Space
  
• Lab 3: $1,047 for 590 SF basic lab with sink, 220 power, secure access.

• Small Offices (150 SF - 999 SF)
• 214A: $367/month, 206 SF, furnished with 1 desk & chair.
• Suite 216: Shared office suite for up to 4 small early-stage companies. Total SF equals 1500 SF; each sub-section of about 375 SF has one private office and 2 workstations within shared area. $790/month. 

• Mid-Size Offices (1,000 SF - 1,999 SF)
  
• Suite 203: $2,097/month, furnished, two private offices, 6 workstations, reception area, for 8-10 people.
• Suite 216: $2,507/month. Furnished, 4 private offices, nine workstations.

• Large Offices(2,000 SF - 3,500 SF) 
• Suite 140: $3,051/month, 10 cubicles plus large area for additional cubicles, collaboration area or product set-up. No private offices. Tenant in this space would be "anchor tenant" and does not have to be start-up company. Contact PSBA for more info.

APPLICATION REQUIRED

To lease space as a start-up at the PSBA, companies must meet entrance criteria of being a high tech, green tech or biotech/bioscience company. • Multiple meetings rooms and kitchens: There are four conference/meeting rooms available through an online reservation system. Also four kitchens and two break rooms, plus bathrooms on all floors.
